Spanish Speaking Workforce: Communication For Safety and Effective Production

It is estimated that today's Latino in the U.S. workplace makes up approximately 14% of our workforce with Caucasians - 68%, African-Americans- 12%, Asian's - 4% and 2% - other. The primary goal of managers and supervisors is to achieve efficient production. It is very easy to say, but very hard to accomplish, especially if the communication between employees and managers is not adequate. This program is designed for English-speaking managers/supervisors who have a Spanish-speaking workforce. Included in the program are some very powerful and effective communication techniques.
