Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) - Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 protects the rights of individuals with disabilities and programs and activities that receive federal funds. The goal of this program is to examine some of the legal compliance laws and how to protect school jurisdictions from civil litigation. An on-camera interview by legal expert, S.
