Bloodborne Pathogens Training Course (PPE)
This program is designed to provide an understanding of bloodborne pathogens, modes of transmission and methods of prevention. Bloodborne pathogens training is required if you anticipate coming in contact with blood or other potentially infectious material as part of your job duties. Health care facilities require bloodborne pathogen training and exposure plan. In addition to health care facilities, industrial nurses, first aid providers, emergency responders can also be exposed to bloodborne pathogens and require training. Proper procedure in disposal of contaminated materials is discussed.
